Refund Policies

Thirty (30) Day Return Policy
This site is operated by Robin Oxley-Boyle, who is a USANA Independent Associate, and all customers ordering products from this site are assumed to be retail customers. All products made available on this site fall into one of three (3) categories: (a) free sample products, (b) USANA products offered for sale at retail, and (c) other products. Separate policies apply to each of these categories and are outlined below.

a) Free Sample Products
Free Sample Products are not eligible for return or refund.

(b) USANA Products
USANA products purchased at retail qualify for a 100 percent, unconditional, 30-day, money-back guarantee. If for any reason a retail customer is dissatisfied with any USANA product, he/she may return the product postage paid to Robin Oxley-Boyle at the address noted below within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price. If the retail customer requests a refund, Robin Oxley-Boyle will immediately refund the retail customer’s purchase price minus the original cost of shipping and handling. USANA Products must be returned to Robin Oxley-Boyle at the address noted below and NOT USANA Health Sciences.

Refunds for USANA Products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or original proof of purchase. Once your return item(s) is received by us, a refund of the original purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

(c) Other Products
Other Products may be returned for a refund of original purchase price (less shipping and handling) for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase. Products purchased in excess of 30 ago are not eligible for refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from this policy. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, or downloadable software products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or original proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@zinghealthyliving.com 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us  at info@zinghealthyliving.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
